Chloe and Andrew are fantastic, lovely,... supportive, down to earth people that understand what individuals need. I joined the supermums class to work on getting some of my fitness and core strength back after having a baby. Since joining, I have enjoyed every minute of the sessions (even the tough ones!!). Chloe has been amazing. She is friendly, caring, supportive and as a beautiful bonus, she loves all of us bringing our baby's along to the class. It is an awesome and fun perk to have my baby with me as I workout. I have never felt so welcome and comfortable in a gym, which I attribute to Chloe and Andrew's approach to their passion for fitness and their desire to help others achieve their best. After having my first child, I wanted to work on... strengthening my body back to where it was, and a friend suggested we try the Supermums class at Body Reflexion Health & Fitness. I am so thankful that she did! Chloe and Andrew have built a fantastic community. The environment is warm and friendly, and the fact that children are welcome at the Supermums class is a wonderful perk (and entertaining!). Not only is it a supportive environment, but I feel stronger and healthier from being a part of the classes. I encourage any mums in the area to give it a go!read more

If you’re after a supportive friendly... atmosphere this is the place for you. Body Refexion has a lot to offer from personal weight training, high intensity circuit training, nutrition causes to Super Mums class that is a low impact body weight class that you can bring you child to. Personal Training with purpose

Our Group Fitness, Nutrition & Personal Training services are all MP approved.  That means they’re structured by science based principals to ensure results.  Each component is a tool for a specific purpose.  Sessions are delivered with care and attention to detail by highly experienced and expert coaching.  We love working with positive people, some experienced and others new to training, ages range from 13 to over 60’s.

ICE – Energized and addictive 30 minute workouts, each session is unique because we design a new one every time!  They’re safe and suitable for anyone, we’re more than capable of making adjustments if needed.

 

FIRE – Personal Training with an edge.  Work as a team, in a strength and conditioning style session.  Receive training that’s structured, tailored to the individuals goals, body type and skill level.  The purpose of FIRE is to use resistance/weight exercise techniques, to improve your body shape, strength, posture and overall health.

 

Metabolic Precision – Ready to take up the challenge?  Perfect!  All the information you will ever need to get the most from your exercise and change your life is provided during a Metabolic Precision or “MP” Challenge.  The purpose is in the name, achieve full control over how your body consumes and stores its energy.  Stop fighting against food and start using it as the best tool you have to succeed in health, fitness and body shape!

 

Supermums health & Fitness – It’s the perfect return or introduction to exercise!  A fusion of techniques and exercise styles come together to help develop core strength, body awareness, flexibility and balance.  Sessions can range in intensity and can be contoured to meet your current level of fitness.  It’s not just a great workout, it’s also a chance to workout with other mums, who understand how difficult it can be to fit exercise into the day while raising a young family.  Babies and kids are welcome to all classes as they are of course welcome to Supermums!
